1. Prince Balbir Marketing Management Est agrees to provide the specified services to the client in accordance with the agreement and/or invoice.

2. The client agrees to pay for all services as per the terms stated on the agreement and/or invoice.

3. This agreement is not transferable to any other entity or person.

4. The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, to ensure timely and correct billing.

5. The client is responsible for all internet access, computer hardware, and software necessary to access services provided by Prince Balbir Marketing Management Est.

6. The client agrees to install service updates provided by Prince Balbir Marketing Management Est promptly, to ensure optimum services.

7. Prince Balbir Marketing Management Est makes no guarantee or warranties, either expressed or implied, for any services rendered.

8. In the event of any conflict or dispute concerning the services or fees, the client agrees to submit such dispute to binding and final arbitration by an independent Neutral Third Party Arbitrator.

9. Prince Balbir Marketing Management Est agrees to provide a minimum uptime for all services at 99.5%.

10. Prince Balbir Marketing Management Est reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with a written notice to the client.

11. In the event of any breach by either party, the non-breaching party is entitled to recover all losses suffered.

12. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing, and must be agreed by both parties in advance.
